Deme & Garret live on Maui and I know their friends and family - it's so nice to be a part of a wedding when you're connected to the couple! The first time we met was at Paia Bay Coffee Bar. I loved hearing their love story and learning that they lived in different countries as they courted. The love over the miles was inspiring for me. The most important thing I got from our first meeting was seeing the spiritual commitment that they shared for each other.

Because they knew so many friends & family in the industry, they had already picked a lot of great vendors. It’s a pleasure working with so many friends. It makes the event run so smoothly and allows me focus on the couple, which is my favorite part.

We had a beautiful and heartfelt ceremony on the Steeple House lawn facing the ocean, and utilized the staircase for the entry, dramatic! We later enjoyed the cocktail hour and reception on the upper lawn with various food and beverages. After the speeches and dances, mom, sister, and the girls got up to dance the hula for our couple - it was a great touch surrounded by so many great friends and loved ones.

What a fantastic day for Deme & Garret! Grateful to be a part of this awesome celebration!
