Sugar Beach Events Wedding

I have a passion for what I do and meeting amazing couples. When I met CC & Ayron it was about two years prior to their wedding day and I normally don't take on a wedding so early but with CC & Ayron, it gave us a chance to get to know each other. It was great to hear about their travel plans and jobs and just their life; we even talked about meeting up at a Gay Pride event in a couple of years. CC & Ayron knew what colors they wanted and that they wanted to create an experience for their family and friends for their wedding day which was also planned to be on National Coming Out Day. They work with lgbtq+ youth at home so I was really inspired by what they were putting back into the community.

The day of their wedding at Sugar Beach Events was a beautiful day. CC & Ayron had trusted me to take on their flower design for the wedding day and we talked about colors to match and they wanted to add in succulents but that was it. They wanted me to be creative and come up with something unique for them. Having the freedom to design something special for my couples is something I love doing. We created a long flowing centerpiece for the table and added in succulents to each design but we also made succulent napkin rings that we placed over monstera leaf chargers. They loved the surprise! Communication is key in any situation but to have that kind of trust and honesty is something I insist on with all of my couples. We celebrated the night on the oceanfront lawn and played yard games and they really wanted to enjoy the evening just hanging out and enjoying each other’s company. What a great way to celebrate LOVE!!!
